I like the look of an apartment but how do I reserve it?
Easy! just go to our 'contact' page and use the form to request the dates you would like to book the apartment and if available you will be able to Reserve the apartment of your choice until you pay the deposit.
How do I book the apartment?
Once you have reserved the apartment of your choice you will be given 7 days to pay the deposit to secure the apartment rental for the days of your choice.
How do I know that the dates I want will be available?
When you request the apartment booking we will tell you within 24 hours whether the dates of your request are available for the apartment of your choice and an alternative will be offered (if available) for the dates of your request.
Can I just ask whether any apartment is available for the dates of my choice?
Yes, you can use the 'contact us' form to ask if we have apartments available and you will be given a choice of the frontline beach or off beachfront apartments available
Do you have Villas for rent?
No, at the moment we do not have any villas on our books.
What information do you need from me to complete a booking?
We will need your name, address,email and telephone number including a mobile number, also we need to know the number of persons staying in the apartment
( maximum 6 people in an apartment )
Why do you need a mobile number?
We will need a number to contact when you are on the resort .
How much of a deposit is required?
We require a deposit of 20% of the booking fee
How do I pay the Deposit?
You will need to pay the deposit through bank transfer within 7 days of the request to book an apartment for the dates needed.
Can I pay by any other means?
Yes we do accept payment through the PayPal service whereby we can accept payment by all the popular credit and debit cards, although this will incur a 4% charge for this service.
Can I pay by check?
No sorry we do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Do I have to bring towels or bedding?
Included in the rental agreement is all the bedding and towels needed for the duration of your stay including a change after 7 days on stays of two weeks.
Will I have to pay for an electricity or gas used?
No, it is included in the rental price.
Will I have to clean the apartment when we leave?
No, although we would ask for it to be kept tidy, we have a team of cleaners who will clean the apartment upon your departure.
Can meals be included in the rental?
No, all apartments are self-catering
When do we pay the balance due for the apartment rental?
You have to pay the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival
What if I book an apartment with less than 6 weeks to arrival, do I have to pay the rental in full?
Yes, the full price of the booking will have to be paid if a booking is taken with less than 6 weeks to your arrival.
Will I have to pay a security deposit to cover damages?
Yes, you will have to pay the standard €200 prior to arrival to cover for damages whilst you are here on vacation.
Are checks accepted as payment for the security deposit?
No, sorry we do not accept checks

When you complete the payment for the booking
When do we get back our money paid for the security deposit?
You, will be re-embersed the monies paid for the security deposit once the apartment has been checked upon your departure ( maximum period 7 days after the end of your booking date has finished )
If we break something in the apartment is it okay for us to replace the item broken with a 'like for like' substitution?
In, most cases it would be more cost efficient for you to let us replace the items broken, but you can let us know what is broken - we don't bite!

The 'costa del azahar' is situated on the east coast of Spain on the beautifully warm Mediterranean sea with an avareage 300 days of sunshine a year.
I've never heard of the Marina D'Or Holiday Resort, what's it like?
The resort is one of the best known holiday destinations for the Spanish. Check out the Marina D'Or Resort page
Will I need a Phrase book?
Yes, it is advisable to bring a phrase book as very little english is spoken in the area ( overseas tourism is still emerging in the area )
What is the nearest airport to the resort?
Valencia is the nearest airport to the resort at about 90 Kms away.
